Q: What area's of DFW do you service?
A: We are proud to say we service the Frisco, Celina, Prosper, McKinney, Little Elm, Plano, Castle Hills, Light Farms, The Colony, The Tribute, Pilot Point, Aubrey, 380 Corridor, Providence Village, Anna, Melissa, Allen, Hebron, Krugerville, Corinth, Denton, Lewisville and more! Some area's are subject to a travel fee (determined at our discretion)Â To find out if your area may be one of the subjected, please contact us and we will be happy to quote you accordingly.
Q: Do you cancel due to illness?
A: We ask that if you have been sick or shown any symptoms that you reschedule your booking for another date. If we cancel due to illness a new date/character selection will be offered. You will have 30 days to reschedule to any date (within 6 months of original booking date)
Q: Can I pay day of my event?
A: No, a 50% deposit must be made at the time of booking, the FULL amount is due at least 7 days before your scheduled event.
Q: Do you do free events?
A: We have a very limited availability for outreach/free events. We are currently NOT accepting sponsorship applications or donation requests.
